2Registration and access to services

Registration conditions

  • Be of legal age or have parental authorization
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • Meet the prerequisites for each training

3Financial conditions

Transparent pricing

  • Clearly displayed prices excluding tax
  • Explicit payment terms
  • Immediate billing after registration

Cancellation policy

  • Free cancellation up to 7 days before
  • 50% fee between 7 and 3 days
  • No refund less than 3 days before

Corporate funding

Trainings may be funded by your organization under applicable agreements. NETARUS supports you with administrative procedures but cannot guarantee funding approval.

4Intellectual property

All content from our trainings, learning materials, methodologies and tools are protected by copyright and belong exclusively to NETARUS.

5Limitation of liability

Force majeure

NETARUS is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to events beyond its control

The user is solely responsible for applying acquired knowledge

6Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution before initiating any legal proceedings.

Competent court

Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these terms falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.

Prior mediation

Before any legal action, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution for a period of 30 days from notification of the dispute.
